What form of payment do you accept?We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Do I have to make a payment every month?If you find yourself not being able to make a payment, please send us an email. Payments not made by the final deadline will automatically cancel.

What happens if I make payments, but my roommate (s) fail to pay?You will be responsible for finding a new roommate or must pay the additional cost for the room occupancy change.

Do you provide refunds?No, we do not provide refunds. Each client is required to accept our Terms and Conditions before reservations are accepted. To protect your investment, every client is encouraged to purchase travel insurance.
